NewTurn acts as an online marketplace and connector between job seekers and employers. We are not an employer, employment agency, recruitment consultant or party to any employment contract, interview arrangement or hiring decision made through the Platform.

We do not guarantee that any job seeker will receive an interview, job offer or employment, or that any employer will find a suitable candidate. Listing a vacancy on the Platform does not guarantee applications, and applying for a vacancy does not guarantee a response from the employer.

Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their profile, CV, qualifications, professional memberships (such as CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA) and application details. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their company information and job postings. NewTurn reviews listings and operates an employer verification process, but we cannot independently verify every statement made by users.

A "Verified" badge or similar indicator means that the employer has submitted documentation for review and that NewTurn has completed the verification steps described in our terms. It does not constitute a guarantee of the employer's financial standing, business practices, or suitability, and it is not an endorsement or recommendation.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, employer application portals, job boards, WhatsApp groups and social media channels. NewTurn is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices or security of those third-party services. You use them at your own risk and should review their terms and policies.

Content published on the Platform, including salary guides, career articles, employer resources and job descriptions, is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, immigration, recruitment or professional advice tailored to your situation. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on any such information.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewTurn is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or damage to reputation, arising from your use of the Platform or from any employment or hiring decision made through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Disclaimer.
