Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
Pathway 1: Option 2 (Degree + Intermediate Route): Degree in Accountancy / Finance / B.Com / Business Management from a UGC-approved university.
Pathway 2: Intermediate Examination pass in CA / CIMA / ACCA.
Pathway 3: Minimum 9 years of post-qualifying experience in Accountancy / Audit at Executive Level in an organization with more than 100 employees.
Professional Qualifications
Pathway 1: Option 1 (Chartered / Professional Membership Route): Associate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) Sri Lanka, OR Membership of CIMA (UK), OR Membership of ACCA (UK).
Pathway 2: Minimum 4 years of post-qualifying experience at Accountant Level in an organization with more than 100 employees.
