Educational & Professional Qualifications: Stream A – Accounting / Commerce / Management Applicants can qualify through, among other specified routes: • A UGC-recognized degree with Accounting or Auditing as a main subject, including relevant Accountancy, Commerce, Business or Management/Public Management degrees. • Specified CA Sri Lanka qualifications. • CMA Sri Lanka Management Level or above. • Higher Diploma / Higher National Diploma qualifications in Accounting or Commerce from the specified Sri Lankan institutions. Stream B – IT / Taxation / Computer Related Taxation, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Computer Technology Important: Under this route is limited to a maximum of 10% of the vacancies. Age: As at 12 October 2026: • General applicants: 22–28 years • Eligible birth-date range: 12 October 1998 to 12 October 2004 • Applicants already in government service: maximum 45 years.
